Document Description
The Las Montanas Marketplace project is an approximately 92-acre mixed-use development consisting of retail and/or entertainment structures, multi-residential housing, a hotel or convention center, and corporate or medical office campuses. Residential uses at the site amounts to approximately 1,820 units or 20 dwelling units per acre and will be constructed at four levels, consisting of one level that conceals internal parking at the first floor and three levels of double-loaded flats above. The commercial area of the Project includes retail, cinema, and grocery uses, totaling 292,200 sqft. Corporate office uses total 345,300 sqft over seven office buildings, consisting of two levels of office plus office lobbies at the first floor. These structures would be four levels, one level at grade and three levels above grade. Two levels of office amounts to 213,700 sqfs.
