Document Description
The project is a two-lot residential subdivision. The project site is located on Creelman Lane in the Ramona Community Plan Area, within unincorporated San Diego County. The site is subject to the General Plan Regional Category (EDA) Estate Development Area, Land Use Designation Multiple Rural Use (18). Zoning for the site is A70 (Limited Agriculture). The site contains a two existing residences that would be retained. Access is provided by private driveways connecting to Creelman Lane. The project would be served by on site septic systems and imported water from the Ramona Municipal Water District. No extension of sewer or water utilities will be required by the project.
