This project qualifies for exemption under section 15320 (changes in organization of local agencies). Additionally, adoption of a resolution of the Fontana Redevelopment Agency approving and adopting the Enforceable Obligation Payment Schedule ("EOPS") pursuant to AB1X 26 is exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act ("CEQA"), pursuant to State CEQA Guidelines (Title 14 California Code of regulations Sections 15000, et seq.) Section 15061(b)(3), because it can be seen with certainty that the adoption of the EOPS will not have a significant effect on the environment.
