Document Description
The project will repair the low water crossing at Road 156 and White River in Tulare County. The low water crossing was damaged during storm events in December of 2011, which washed away a portion of the crossing and the existing culverts. The project will replace the culverts and repair the paved roadway for the benefit of the residents of Tulare County.
