Document Description
The University Tower 1st Floor Remodel project will remodel approximately 14,668 square feet of the existing Main Hospital building at the UC Davis Medical Center campus on Stockton Boulevard in Sacramento. The space to be remodeled was previously a short stay inpatient unit with 24 beds. The remodeled space will accommodate the existing clinical departments of Dialysis and Aphaeresis with a total of 20 treatment stations and no beds. The proposed project consists of repair maintenance, and minor alterations to an existing structure and is considered categorically exempt from further CEQA review (CEQA Guidelines 15301). In addition, none of the exceptions for application of a categorical exemption apply to this project.
