Document Description
One of the primary goals of the San Joaquin River Restoration Program (SJRRP) is to reintroduce Chinook salmon to the San Joaquin River (SJR) by December 31, 2012. Reintroduction will likely occur prior to completion of the larger site specific physical habitat restoration activities and will expose reintroduced fish to less than optimal habitat conditions. Reintroduction actions and this Study will support research that is required to evaluate current river conditions and inform restoration activities.
