Document Description
The project is limited to removal of an existing, non-functional water diversion structure and replacement with a new manually operated tip-up structure with stop logs designed to allow for diverson of up to 25 CFS of water to be diverted from Gold Run Creek. The base of the new structure will extend below bed grade for a depth of three feet or to bedrock. A concrete apron will be installed as part of the structure and the upstream area adjacent to the annually as necessary during the tenure of this agreement and in accordance with this agreement. Maintenance activities may include but are not limited to removal of gravel/debris that limit functionality of the diversion, routine placement/removal of the tip-ups and flashboard, vegetation thinning, and gate maintenance. All work will be conducted within the dry portion of the creek and diversion channel.
