General Exemption: S:15061(b)(3) Existing Facilities. Pursuant to state law and University of California Procedures for Implementation of CEQA (CEQA), it has been determined that proposed project is categorically exempt under Article 19, Section 15301, Class 1, Existing Facilities. The project is exempt because if consists of the acquisition of an existing single-family residence with no expansion of use beyond existing conditions. Furthermore, per CEQA Section 15300.2, none of the exceptions to a Categorical Exemption apply. In addition, it has been determined that proposed Action is exempt from CEQA under Guideline section 15061(b)(3), as it can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility that the Action will have a significant effect on the environment.
