Document Description
This project consists of the construction of an outdoor fireplace which will be located in the outdoor area of the Urban Seed Retail space of Fiesta de Reyes (originally the Pio Pico Motor Court an early 20th century building built on the site of Governor Pio Pico's 19th century home) an adapted use concession located in Old Town San Diego State Historic Park. DPR-approved standard project requirements have been incorporated into this project. A copy of these requirements may be obtained by submitting a request to the project Environmental Coordinator listed below.

No potential for significant impacts to the environment is anticipated in compliance with Section 15300.2. A resource ecologist will ensure avoidance of significant impacts to natural resources. An archaeologist will ensure avoidance of significant impacts to cultural resources. Consists of construction of limited numbers of new, small facilities (Class 3). Project is limited to maintenance, repair, stabilization, rehabilitation, restoration, preservation, conservation or reconstruction of historical resources in a manner consistent with the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties (Class 31).
