1. A use permit to amend a condition of a prior Use Permit (91-PUZ-VAZ-0923) to increase the maximum number of students from 1,000 to 1,100. 3. A use permit to allow the chapel to be used as a private social center, including weddings, baptisms and funerals, but not be rented out to the general public. 4. A Design Review to comply with the commercial and mixed use design guidelines.
