Document Description
Cool Earth Solar, Inc. ("Applicant") proposes to develop a grid-connected utility-scale solar electrical facility (SEF) of up to 10 Megawatts within an initial phase (Phase 1) of 30 acres to produce 1.5 MW and 3,000 MWh of electricity annually and a second phase (Phase 2) to develop the remaining 110 acres with 8.5 MW SEF (20,000 MWh annually). The project site (17499 Kelso Road, Byron, CA), is 140 acres and consists of portions of two parcels: APN# 099B-7175-5-4 and 099B-7175-005-01. The Applicant would lease the proposed 140-acre project site for 30-years from the current owner.
