The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has issued Amendment 1 to Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2014-0308-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, West Sacramento Area Flood Control Agency. The amendment includes a change to compensatory mitigation measures for riparian vegetation habitat as it is proposed in the Final Environmental Impact Report (SCH#2011082069) and will include annual reporting requirements.
