Document Description
The project site is located 9770 Frenchtown-Dobbins Road West of the intersection of Frenchtown-Dobbins Road and Black Bart Trail within the Oregon House/Dobbins community boundary (Assessor Parcel Number 060-230-024)
The proposed project consists of phased Tentative Tract Map for an eight-parcel and remainder subdivision from an 84.53 acre parcel. The parcels range in size from 5+ acres (Parcel 1-7) to 40+ acres (Parcel 8) with a 10 acre remainder. Phase 1 would consist of Parcels 1-4 and Parcel 8. The lot sizes would be consistent with the current zoning which is "A/RR-5" Agricultural/Rural Residential: (5 acre minimum parcel size) and the project's General Plan Land Use designation of Rural Community.
