Document Description
Justin-Siena High School is proposing a Master Plan to guide future development and land use activities on the campus. The Master Plan encompasses the entire, ~ 40-acre campus area, and it includes capital improvements to school facilities within the core of the campus and the potential development of a 143,000 sf Lowe's retail store on ~ 9.5 acres of the campus adjacent to Solano Avenue. The high school improvements would consist of the construction of a new science and academic research center, an aquatics center, a renovated performing arts center, athletic complexes (including lighted fields), and renovations to classrooms, cafeteria, and locker rooms.
