Document Description
CCSP establishes a framework to regulate approximately 262 acres along the northwestern edge of the City of Oakdale. The CCSP area is comprised of two separate land areas that are largely within Oakdale's Sphere of Influence and primarily used for rural and agricultural purposes at this time. The CCSP addresses land use, mobility, utilities, public services, and implementation within the CCSP area. The CCSP provides for approximately 1,039 dwelling units to house approximately 2,868 residents at buildout. The CCSP adds approximately 710,506 square feet of neighborhood and regional-serving commercial/office uses.
