Document Description
SPSP establishes a framework to regulate approximately 297 acres along the southeastern corner of the City of Oakdale. The SPSP area is comprised of land largely within Oakdale's Sphere of Influence and contains scattered rural residential homes, limited agricultural operations, and grazing land. The SPSP adresses land use, mobility, utilities, public services, and implementation within SPSP area. The SPSP provides for approximately 901 dwelling units to house approximately 2,487 residents at buildout. The SPSP adds approximately 1.12 million sq. ft. of commercial, office, and higher education uses.
