The proposed project consists of four components: (1) the City of Oakdale 2030 General Plan, (2) a Climate Action Plan for the City of Oakdale, (3) the Crane Crossing Specific Plan, and (4) the Sierra Pointe Specific Plan. The 2030 General Plan outlines the City's long term public policies and sets guidelines for the use of the public and private lands within the City, the City's Sphere of Influence, and some areas adjacent to the City's Sphere of Influence.
