Document Description
Revised Solid Waste Facilities Permit to allow the following design and operational changes: Increase the permitted area from 78 to 79 acres for Recycling Center expansion with the proposed gate entrance grading. Extend closure date from 2021 to 2047. Decrease landfill capacity, from 5.1 to 4.56 mcy (million cubic yards). Increase storage capacity for recyclables. Addition of in-vessel food waste composting operations.
