The proposed project would demolish an existing 4,642 sf Greenhouse building and construct of a new 11,150 sf nursery facility that would range in height from 9 to 28 feet within Golden Gate Park. The proposed nursery facility consists of a greenhouse, shade house, head house, support space, outdoor nursery space, access road and Learning Court. The proposed project would result in an increase of 5,992 sf of building space and 5,897 sf of impervious and pervious surfaces within Golden Gate Park.
