The proposed project, located within the San Francisco Botanical Garden at Strybing Arboretum, includes demolition of an existing 4,642 s.f. greenhouse building and associated pavement and ancillary structures and construction of a new 9,830 sf nursery facility that would range in height from 9 to 28 feet. The proposed nursery facility, Nursery: Center for Sustainable Gardening (Nursery) consists of a greenhouse, shadehouse, headhouse, support space, outdoor nursery space, and an outdoor Learning Court.
