The proposed project includes removal of the existing orchards and associated uses on 122 acres, and development of a gated residential community consisting of 244 single-family homes, up to 180 secondary units, a private recreation center, private streets, approximately 23 acres of private open space, private sparks, and surrounding landscaping. The proposed lots would range in size from approximately 10,000 square feet to over 30,000 square feet.
