Document Description
The proposed project includes removal of the existing orchards and associated uses, and development of a gated residential community consisting of 244 single-family homes, up to 180 secondary units, a private recreation center (including community pool, tennis court, basketball court, tot lot, fitness center and outdoor gathering areas), private streets, ~23 acres of private open space, private parks, and surrounding landscaping. The proposed lots would range in size from ~ 10,000 sf to over 30,000 sf, averaging approximately 15,000 sf. The proposed single family homes would be one and two-stories and range in size from 3,000 sf to 6,000 sf.
