The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the Project applicant, Turlock Irrigation District. The ramp will start from the canal bed up to hillside on the south side of the canal. Construction of the approach ramp will require the excavation of and cut into 144 square feet of an ephemeral drainage to the south of the canal.
