- NOTE: Review Extended Per Lead The Rio Vista Waterfront Floodwall and Public Access Project consist of improvements to a portion of the City of Rio Vista adjacent to the Sacramento River. The project proposes construction of a concrete floodwall generally along the current shoreline of the Sacramento River from south of Main Street to the State Fishing Pier near the Helen Madere Bridge (State Route 12). The project also proposes construction of a promenade in the same area to provide public access to the area.
