The CA Dept. of Fish and Wildlife is executing a Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2012-0099-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, County of Butte Department of Public Works. The proposed project includes the removal of the existing bridge, construction of a three span, cast-in-place triple box culvert bridge, and the reconstruction of approximately 800 linear feet of roadway; on Foothill Blvd. and Oro-Bangor Highway.
