Document Description
The applicant and Trustee, John T. Matthews, is proposing to divide the 5.37 acre property into a 3.24-acre lot, with no building envelope (Parcel A) and a 2.14-acre lot, with a 0.77-acre building envelope (Parcel B), respectively. Parcels A and B are proposed to be accessed by the existing, driveway, referred to on the plans as an existing, unpaved driveway, that extends from the eastern edge of the property which extends off of Kehoe Way to serve the proposed residence on Parcel B as well as north and to the west to serve the existing residence proposed Parcel A. The applicant is also requesting Coastal Permit and Design Review approval to construct a new, 1,998 s.f. residence, with an attached 451.5 s.f. carport that would accommodate two parking spaces, two additional off-street, uncovered parking spaces, two patio areas, and a septic system.
