Document Description
The proposed project consists of the development of approximately 13.47 million square feet of light industrial, business park, and retail/restaurant uses and associated infrastructure on approximately 880 net acres of the project site. The proposed project would represent the westerly expansion of the existing fully entitled and partially developed West Patterson Business Park. The proposed project consists of two components: Arambel Business Park (12.18 million square feet) and the KDN Retail Center (1.29 million square feet).
