- The application is a request for a Rezoning and Lot Line Adjustment to transfer 0.70 acres from two parcels zoned Agricultural General (A-1) and Agricultural Preserve (A-P) to one adjacent property zoned A-1. The A-P parcel would be rezoned to A-1. The rezone and Lot Line Adjustment would allow an existing 60-foot easement from the two parcels to be sold to the adjacent neighboring property for a driveway to access the back parcel. The properties are located at 37331 and 37265-37277 State Highway 16, approximately one mile west of the City of Woodland (APNs: 025-470-025 and -033, and 025-470-027).
