Document Description
The project site is 2.28 acres located at 333 Main St. adjacent to Redwood Creek between Veterans Blvd and Hwy 101. The site was formerly occupied by one-story office building with subsurface parking, since been demolished. The project is sited within the North Main St. precise plan, which has a major objective to create a strong physical link between the city's downtown and bayfront districts. Proposed construction will consist of a four-story wood-frame residential building with 132 units and common spaces over a 3-hour rated concrete podium with a conventional spread footing foundation.
