Document Description
The proposed project would consist of a master planned community on 169.6 acres supporting up to 1,084 attached and detached dwelling units, 5.8 acres of commercial retail development, 17.0 acres of parks, paseos/landscape buffers, and drainage/detention facilities. Roads and infrastructure (water, sewer and storm drain lines) would be developed to serve development within the proposed community.
