Document Description
Mitsubishi Cement Corporation is proposing modifications to its existing cement import facility located at 1150 Pier F Avenue, within the Port of Long Beach (Port). The proposed project would include installation of an emission control system (Dockside Catalytic Control System [DoCCS]) to capture and reduce nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions from ship auxiliary generators at berth, construction of additional storage silos and truck loading capacity on an adjacent lot, and upgrades to ship unloading equipment and other landside structures.
