Document Description
The project consists of a water system intertie between AVEK and PWD. Proposed construction consists of the installation of a 10 inch raw water main and a 20 inch potable water main along Sierra Highway from AVEK's existing Action Water Treatment Plant to PWD's points of connection at Barrel Springs Road for the Potable water main and the Palmdale Ditch for the raw water main. Installation of the proposed pipelines will be contained within dedicated right-of-way along paved roads and graded shoulders. Installation of the proposed underground turnouts will be contained within the Agency's existing Action Water Treatment Plant.
