Document Description
CDFW is executing a Streambed Alteration Agreement (SAA#1600-2014-0003-R6) pursuant to Section 1602 of the F&G Code to the Permittee, Desert Stateline, LLC, for the Stateline Solar Farm Project. The proposed Project site is approximately 1685 acres, and the Project includes construction operation, maintenance, and decommissioning of a 300-megawatt alternating current solar photovoltaic energy generation plant, interconnection transmission line, operation and maintenance (O&M) facilities, wells, waterlines, and site access roads. Project activities include mowing, disk and rolling, grading, and removing a portion of the vegetation on up to two-thirds of the Project site (depending on topography), trench digging, pile driving, road construction, compacting soil, and other activities. The Project will result in permanent impacts to 128 acres of desert wash habitat. These impacts will be mitigated by the Permittee's acquisition and preservation of 384 acres of desert wash habitat as approved by CDFW.
