JCSD proposes an interconnect from RCSD PZ 1066 to JCSD PZ 1100 in order for JCSD to receive up to 4,500 gallons per minute (GPM) of surplus water from RCSD and for JCSD to provide RCSD with water in emergency situations. This would entail the construction and operation of a booster pump station, containing all of the associated pumping equipment, in addition to the construction and operation of approximately 1,400 feet of 24-inch diameter waterline and approximately 300 feet of 16-inch diameter waterline.
