Document Description
The project consists of constructing approximately 7,920 linear feet of a 30-inch-diameter water main in 10th Street West between Lancaster Boulevard and Avenue H within the City of Lancaster. It will close a transmission loop encompassing Avenue K, Avenue H, 10th Street West, and 20th Street East, thus improving transmission capacity of the water system to meet the existing flow requirements as established by the Los Angeles County Waterworks District No. 40, Antelope Valley, and the Fire Department.
