Document Description
The proposed project consists of the following elements: 1) widen Foothill to allow additional left and right turn lanes at intersections; 2) replace existing center turn lane with median and left turn pockets; 3) construct sidewalks and parkway landscaping on both sides of Foothill; 4) construct bridges across San Antonio channel for new sidewalks on both sides of Foothill; 5) install new curb and gutter along both sides of Foothill; and 6) upgrade water and stormwater facilities in the vicinity of San Antonio channel to accommodate the approval Upland Crossing project. Some right-of-way acquisition from one adjacent property owner to accommodate the improvements on north side of Foothill.
