Document Description
The Project consists of a geotechnical survey that will consist of two (2) vertical borings within the river bed, below the water surface to depths of approximately 140 to 200 feet. The borings will be completed using a drill rig positioned on the deck of a floating barge. The drill rig will use a 6-inch diameter casing followed by rotary wash drill to create each bore. Vegetation will not be affected and native riparian shrubs, trees, and oak trees will not be removed.
