Document Description
The Project consists of new construction of an earthen dam and an approximately 13-foot deep by 65 foot long by 75-foot wide stock pond. The material excavated for construction of the pond will be used to create a dam that will be 25 feet long at the base to 8 feet long at the top, and 15 feet total in height. One (1) 8-inch outlet pipe will be installed through the dam 10-feet from the top with an 8-inch gate valve located on downslope side. An 8-foot by 2-foot wide spillway will be constructed on the southeast side of the dam. Water will not be present during the proposed work period. Therefore, work will not be required in the wetted portion of the channel. Native riparian shrubs, trees, and oak trees will not be removed.
