Document Description
Installing a 6-foot diameter 12-foot long steel culvert. Native fill will be used over the culvert to construct an access road. Minor grading of the higher east bank of the creek will occur so as to create a 10 percent grade. Water will not be present during the proposed work period and; therefore, work will not be required in the wetted portion of the creek.
