Document Description
Two (2) culverts and associated riprap will be removed and replaced with high density polyethylene pipe culverts. Removal of each culvert will require a disturbance of 90 square feet per culvert. Riprap will be installed within the drainages, as necessary on the upstream and downstream sides of the culverts. Construction equipment will be restricted to existing road and rights of way and no new access roads will be constructed. If water is present in the eqhemeral or intermittent seasonal drainages during replacement of the culverts, the water will be diverted around the work area. Disturbed areas will be revegetated. Equipment used will include a backhoe or small excavator and hand tools.
