Document Description
The project consists of the use of grant funds from the CalRecycle Tire-Derived Product Grant Program for purchase and installation of recycled-tire mulch as landscaping at the locations identified above. All locations currently contain existing landscaping in the form of organic mulch, ground cover, sand, or dirt. Consistent with City Council Resolution No. 11-04, the City Manager is authorized to execute all documents necessary for implementation of the project.
