The project proposes to improve the water and sewer infrastructure a mobile home park located in Santa Nella, California. The water and sewer infrastructure improvements would include three elements: 1) new water supply well and connection pipelines: 2) replacement of water pipelines and addition of water meters at the mobile home park: and 3) replacement of sewer pipelines at the mobile home park.
