Document Description
CDFG is executing a Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 (SAA #1600-2011-0009-R6) of the Fish and Game Code to the project Permittee, California Department of Transportation, District 9. The project is limited to repairing and/or replacing three existing culvert structures located at PM 119.60, PM 120.1 and PM 120.4 are normally dry and transport storm runoff from the west to the east side of the highway. PM 120.1 is located within California Creek. Work is proposed to begin in July 2012 and is expected to take up to 40 days to complete.
