Document Description
The Project consists of the approval of a multi-year lease by the Office of the Receiver, California Correctional Health Care Services (CCHCS) for office space to facilitate consolidation of existing administrative operations, currently dispersed throughout the Sacramento area, into one large building or a campus of adjacent buildings to improve coordination among programs and staff. The lease is for an existing multi-story building (approximately 300,000 gross square feet) located at 2020 West El Camino Avenue within the City of Sacramento's South Natomas neighborhood. Completed in 2009, this unoccupied and privately-owned office building is of sufficient size to allow consolidation of all the planned administrative and support units.
