Document Description
The California Department of Public Health (CDPH), as the Lead Agency, will be issuing a water supply permit to Six Rivers National Forest - Fish Lake Campground for operation of the existing campground water system. The proposed project includes operation of the campground water system serving 24 campsites and 15 faucets. The water system was previously inactivated in the 1900's. The CDPH permit will reactivate the existing water system, and will include approval to operate recent improvements to the system consisting of a 500-gallon raw water storage tank, a filtration unit, chlorine treatment, and a 5,000-gallon chlorine contact storage tank.
