Document Description
The California Department of Public Health (CDPH), as the Lead Agency, will be issuing a water supply permit to the Chimney Tree water system. The proposed project includes operation of the existing Chimney Tree water system, with no new connections or increase in capacity. The new permit will reactivate the existing water system, and will include approval to operate recent improvements to the system consisting of a slow sand filtration unit installed on the existing project site.
