1137 Bayside consists of the replacement of the wood walking deck surface, replacement of an existing gangway with an ADA compliant gangway, installation of an in-slip pump-out system to replace a single serve pump-out station and upgrades to an existing restroom for ADA compliance. The maintenance work also includes installation of a new PVC sewer lines in the docks, installation of in0slip sewer pump-out hydrants, a sewer pump, and a connection to the landside sewer system.
1153 Bayside consists of the replacement of the wood walking deck surface, installation of an in-slip pump-out station. Work includes installation of new PVC sewer lines in the docks, installation of in-slip sewer pump-out hydrants, removal of the existing single serve pump-out station and possible replacement of the existing sewer pump (depending on its condition, pump capacity and head calculations of the new in-slip pump-out system). No new connection to the landside sewer system is needed as one already exists as part of the existing single-serve pump-out station.
The maintenance activities, will not include replacement or addition of waterside piles supporting the dock systems, and there will be no change in the slip count or layout.
