Document Description
Issue a temporary right of entry permit to the Sacramento Municipal Utility District (SMUD) to allow SMUD and its contractors the right to access a State-owned railroad right of way for the purpose of upgrading and replacing an existing power line pole and appurtenant cables. SMUD prepared and filed a Mitigated Negative Declaration (SCH #2007082025) for the Cosumnes Electrical Distribution Extension Project on September 11, 2007, and a Notice of Determination on October 8, 2007.
