This project involves the renewal of a lease for property which is used by CAL FIRE's Butte Unit for the Unit Auto Shop. The facility here is used for the maintenance and repair of State owned vehicles and heavy equipment. CAL FIRE has operated this Auto Shop facility at this location through previous leases since November 1, 2002. There will be no change in the terms of the lease or any change in how the facility currently functions.
