Document Description
The project will fund the upgrade of an existing, limited public-access liquefied natural gas (LNG) station to increase the LNG capacity of the station and ass a 16,500 gallon compressed natural gas (CNG) tank and fuel island with dispensing equipment. The project benefits Waste Management's refuse fleet as well as other refuse fleets and some goods movement fleet operators in Corona by providing a local, cost-effective, and feasible alternative fuel source, thereby reducing reliance on petroleum fuels, reducing greenhouse gas emissions, and increasing local green jobs.
